Public Sector Solutions for PMO Support

Mindpetal was instrumental in developing the system that enabled NCI’s goal of  providing the cancer and medical community throughout the world with a centralized and integrated WEB based query and customized set of tools that will provide clinical trials and research information.

Mindpetal consultants established and implemented a software requirements and system defects management process, including supportive procedures using Subversion, an open source version control system. This implementation allowed the system customer and Subject Matter Experts (SME) insight and management of system requirements and assignment of the requirements to software releases. This was a tremendous improvement to the previous method and yielded complete traceability of requirements and defects through the systems development phase, Quality Assurance Testing, Independent Verification and Validation, and User Acceptance Testing.
